1. Services and Project Agreements

Urus.in provides custom software development services including website development, mobile app development, POS systems, and ERP/business system solutions.

The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each project are defined and agreed upon in writing before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope including additional features, design revisions beyond the agreed rounds, or timeline adjustments must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional fees and revised timelines. Verbal agreements, informal messages, or undocumented requests do not constitute a change to the project agreement.

2. Payment

Projects are billed according to the payment schedule agreed in your project contract. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may result in work being paused.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you. Urus.in retains the right to use general frameworks, libraries, and tools that are not project-specific. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Urus.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service in question. We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting providers, or external APIs integrated at the client's request.

5. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Urus.in makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any deliverable or information provided. We do not warrant that the software or systems we build will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities after delivery.

You are responsible for testing deliverables, maintaining backups, and ensuring that any third-party integrations or hosting environments meet your business requirements. Urus.in is not responsible for issues arising from client-managed infrastructure, outdated dependencies, or modifications made by the client or third parties after project handover.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Urus.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of significant changes via email or WhatsApp.

Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please contact us before continuing to engage our services.
